All DAP sales are final unless there is proof of damage of defective goods that were delivered.
While we use extra packing material to ensure your items arrive in one piece, there is the slight chance of it being mishandled during transit. If there are any problems, please send us an email using our contact page and we will get it sorted out for you.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If a product has arrived damaged or defective, simply contact us, describe the issue, and we will work to rectify the problem. DAP sanitizer is non-refundable, unless damaged due to our error. If you are returning an order valued at over $75, we suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow between 1-4 weeks (depending on your location) for your order to arrive. If items have still not been received please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
